Teams Events Hosting Assistance helps you get comfortable with setting up and running a town hall, webinar, or large meeting. We assist you during planning and are also available throughout the event to ensure smooth execution, providing real-time support if any questions or issues arise.
Teams Event Advanced Production Service provides a fully managed experience and end-to-end support—from strategic planning and technical setup to live production and post-event wrap-up.

On July 1, 2025, the Microsoft 365 Live Event Assistance Program (LEAP) transitioned from a complimentary preview offer to a paid service provided by Microsoft, called Teams Events Hosting Assistance.
We are also pleased to inform you that we are expanding our services to include Teams Events Advanced Production Services which provides production and broadcasting services for Town hall, webinars, and events.

Frequently asked questions
Starting July 1st, your CSAM will handle any requests you have for Events Hosting assistance.
All events scheduled before July 1st, 2025 will be serviced as part of LEAP until Dec 31st, 2025. Any requests starting from July 1st will require a Unified contract and the VBD.
